Overview of adding
and configuring SIP lines
The process of setting up SIP lines involves multiple containers in Interaction Administrator:

In the Lines container, add a SIP line.

Configure the SIP line. For more information, see Configure a SIP line.

In the Server container, define the global configuration for SIP stations.

Configure the SIP workstations.
