Email Formatting Help dialog

This dialog appears when the Formatting Help button is pressed on a Custom Email Profile form.  It displays tips for entering email addresses and for using wildcards to filter a profile based upon "To", "Cc" and "From" fields in an email message.  When you are finished, press OK to dismiss the dialog.
