About dialog box

To access the About - Interaction Desktop dialog box:

• From the Help menu, select About Interaction Desktop.

The About - Interaction Desktop dialog box displays:

1. • Current version number

   • Information about included third-party software

   • Links to websites for PureConnect Customer Care, Interactive Community, and Product Feedback.

   • A link to the Microsoft System Information window which displays information about the configuration of your system.
