Change Dynamic HTML

To automatically submit the selection options, you must set the Dynamic HTML option to yes.

To change the Dynamic HTML option values, do the following:

1. Click the user name on the CX Insights home page.

2. Select Preferences from the user profile list.

3. Click General on the Preferences tab.

4. Select the option Yes from the Dynamic HTML list.
