Change Grid Display

To change the number of rows and columns in the grid, do the following:

1. Click the user name on the CX Insights home page.

2. Select Preferences from the user profile list.

3. Click General on the Preferences tab.

4. Click Grid Display and type the number of rows required in the Maximum rows in grid box.

Note: To drag and drop objects in a grid report of a document, select the option in the mstrServerAdmin.
