Setting Default Landing Page

To set the default landing page, do the following.

1. Click the user name on the CX Insights home page.

2. Select Preferences from the user profile list.

3. Click General on the Preferences tab.

4. Click and select any option from the Default start page list.

Note: If you do not find a required dashboard in the Default start page list, then click Last in the Default start page list to view the last page or dashboard from where you have opened Preferences section.

To set a required dashboard as default landing page, do the following:

1. Open the required dashboard.

2. Click Show Navigation Bar .

Tip: Options are available at the upper right corner of the dashboard page.

3. Click the user name on the CX Insights home page.

4. Select Preferences from the user profile list.

5. Click General on the Preferences tab.

Note: Last accessed dashboard name appears against the Last document option.

6. Select the Last document option on the Default start page.
