Reset a TSRA Account Password

Authorized users can manage other MyCloud users' Terminal Server Remote Access (TSRA) access and reset passwords.  

Note:  To reset a user's TSRA account password, you must have the Organization Admin role assigned to your account.

To reset a TSRA account password:

  1. Log in to https://mycloud.inin.com/login

  2. Click the hamburger menu to show the slide-out menu options on the left. Depending on your role, available menu selections will differ.

  3. Click PCC TSRA Users under the Platform section of menus. The list of TSRA Users appears.

  4. Click Reset Password beside the TSRA user who needs the password reset.  

  5. Copy the temporary password that appears and send it to the TSRA user's email address. The TSRA User must change their password the next time they log in.
