Starting IC Console with Command Line Parameters

The IC Console can be started with several command line parameters. These are shown in the following table (with no command line parameters, IC console uses “-x”):

Parameter	Description
-service	"-service" - Start up CIC as a service. This is in the registry (HKEY_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\ Services\Enterprise Interaction Center) and should only be used there.
-x	Start up CIC not as a service and do NOT auto restart CIC subsystems that have died. This is the default in the Start menu.
-z	Start CIC not as a service and automatically restart subsystems that have died.
