Recorder Questionnaire Detail Report

This report provides detailed information about each questionnaire included in the range. It enables supervisors and managers to analyze all of the questions, score ranges, types of questions, weights and other possible values available in a questionnaire. Since the Questionnaire Builder application does not provide a way to view all of these details on one page, this report provides the best way to analyze all of the questionnaire information in a consolidated format.

Parameters

Specify a range of questionnaire names and Users to include in the report. IC sorts this report by questionnaire name.

Report Element	Field or Value Description
Name	The name of a questionnaire included in the "Questionnaire Range or List" parameter. These are predefined in the IR Questionnaire Builder, accessible in Interaction Administrator.
Questionnaire Min Score	The overall minimum score possible in this questionnaire. The Min score is defined in the questionnaire builder and it applies to questions scored with Integer, Numeric, True/False, and Multiple Choice types of questions.
Questionnaire Max Score	The overall maximum score possible in this questionnaire. The Max score is defined in the questionnaire builder and it applies to questions scored with Integer, Numeric, True/False, and Multiple Choice types of questions.
Question Group	The title given to a group of logically related questions assigned in the Questionnaire Builder while the questionnaire is being created.
Question Text	A specific question used by a supervisor to evaluate an agent's performance during the recording.
Question Type	Questions can have an answer of True/False, an integer, a number, multiple choice or free text.
Answer Score	The weight given to this answer.
Average Score	The Average Score is displayed for each questionnaire at the end of the report.
