Deprecation: Genesys Cloud Bridge integrations

On October 31, 2020, Genesys announced the deprecation of the Bridge platform on Genesys Cloud that performs integrations between Genesys Cloud and PureConnect.  The Bridge platform decommission and removal date is scheduled for January 1, 2021. Genesys will no longer support the Bridge platform past the deprecation date. We will continue to resolve any major issues until the removal date. 

PureConnect customers using the Bridge server must be on a minimum release of 2019 R4. This release includes the new Cloud Bridge subsystem, which replaces the Bridge server.
