ES Roll-up / Patch Creation

Starting with this release, Interactive Intelligence will begin a bi-weekly process of releasing patches for CIC, Interaction Dialer, Interactive Update, and Interaction Conference. These patches will be a roll-up of all known ESs for a given release.

Required: Apply the latest patch after installing CIC 2015 R1 or later

After you install CIC 2015 R1 or later, apply the latest patch for the release. This requirement helps ensure the most stable operation of the product. Patches are posted along with releases on the PureConnect Product Information site Download Page.
