Interaction Dialer Support Added to IC Web Services (ICWS)

ICWS now provides the ability to perform various Interaction Dialer related operations:

  • Log in and out of Interaction Dialer campaigns.

  • Mark agents as ready for calls.

  • Request breaks from taking Interaction Dialer interactions.

  • Disposition Interaction Dialer interactions.

  • Provide access to system facilities, such as sending a notification to one or more custom handlers and subscribing to hander-sent notifications.

ICWS does not yet include support for Interaction Dialer scripts or staging.
