Interaction Director Support

Interaction Director 4.0 is scheduled to release around the same time as CIC 4.0 SU3. The supporting files for Director-monitored CIC 4.0 servers are installed with CIC 4.0 SU3. Interaction Director 4.0 can monitor (that is, do cross-IC server ACD routing for) a mixture of CIC 3.0 and CIC 4.0 servers.
