Interaction Optimizer client license

The licensing requirement for using the Interaction Optimizer web application is now enforced when an agent logs on instead of after logon. Agents need the Interaction Optimizer Client Access license to both log on and use the browser-based Interaction Optimizer client application. Previously agents could log on without the required license, but couldn't use the application.
