Dockable My Work Items Tab

Licensed IPA users can now dock the My Work Items tab in Interaction Client .NET Edition.

Improved IPA Work Item Transfers

This feature provides better process-level control over the transfer (reassignment) of process work items, such as whether a user can transfer a work item. This feature also supports a configurable option to transfer a work item automatically when it reaches its predetermined due date.

Interaction Process Automation Designer Enhancements

This enhancement is a collection of many small features designed to improve overall functionality and the user experience for process authors using IPA Process Automation Designer to design work items.

New Interaction Process Automation .NET Reports

IPA reports are now available through Interaction Reporter in IC Business Manager.
