Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client installation command-line option

You can now use a command-line option when you want to only install the Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client, and no other features.

After the CIC installation, use the Windows Command Prompt to install the Interaction Screen Recorder Capture Client on client workstations that require screen recording capability.
