Microsoft Exchange MAPI-based Integrations

PureConnect no longer supports Microsoft Exchange MAPI-based integrations as of the 2016 R2 release. Use Microsoft Exchange Web Services-based integration as the alternative to the Microsoft Exchange MAPI-based integration.  The options for configuring Microsoft Exchange MAPI-based integrations remain visible in Interaction Administrator but setting the options no longer enables Microsoft Exchange MAPI-based integrations.
