MS Teams Integration - Call Transfer and Presence

With the release of Teams, Microsoft has made a strong push into the enterprise communications space. As customers migrate from Skype to Teams, Genesys has recognized the need to bring the power of PureConnect to Teams users. Included with 2023 R1 is the first phase of the PureConnect integration with Microsoft Teams.

In this phase, we provide the following features:

• View the presence of Microsoft Teams users in a standard directory view

• Connect and transfer calls to Microsoft Teams users

This integration will continue to evolve in future PureConnect releases as we validate using Teams as a login station.
