New Interaction Dialer Server Parameters

Dialer Prevent Autobreak On Workgroup Followup

This parameter resolves an issue caused by email and chat interactions entering Followup status. In summary, if an agent logged into a base script in Interaction Scripter .Net moves to Followup from an email or chat interaction, this causes the agent's status to immediately enter Do Not Disturb status. Enabling the "Dialer Prevent Autobreak On Workgroup Followup" server parameter will prevent this from occurring. See Optional Server Parameters in Interaction Dialer Manager Help.

Apply Custom DNC to PND Lookup

This parameter allows the PND to be filtered by a database-based custom DNC. See Optional Server Parameters in Dialer Manager Help.

Dialer Preserve Agent Ownership On Max Daily Attempts

This parameter tells Dialer not to increment the attempts rescheduled when an agent-owned callback is rescheduled due to hitting the max daily attempts limit. See Optional Server Parameters in Dialer Manager Help.
