Oracle 19c Validation

In order to continue providing support for Oracle databases to PureConnect customers, we have validated the current Long Term Release. Oracle 19c will provide support through April 30, 2027, in order to ensure product longevity and patching. Note that this is scheduled to be the last release of Oracle validated with PureConnect.
