SIP Proxy Recording Recovery

In this release, we have made the following changes to the SIP Proxy Recording Recovery utility.         

In 2021 R4, we have introduced the SIP Proxy Recording Recovery utility. Using this utility, customers can manually import recordings generated by Interaction SIP Proxies into their PureConnect Recorder environment. You can access these recordings through IC Business Manager (ICBM) queries to the recordings database.

SIP Proxy Recording Recovery allows supervisors/auditors to easily review all SIP Proxy recordings, helping customers meet their compliance requirements.
