Support Chrome Security Updates in Web Clients

Google has implemented a new security feature for private networks called preflight requests that, by default, made changes to private network access requests within Chrome. Preflight requests are a mechanism introduced by the Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) standard used to request permission from a target website before sending it an HTTP request.

We have introduced changes to our web clients in order to handle the preflight request. This allows Chrome to operate without any configuration changes.
