Transport Fax Protocol T30 then T38

When configuring a default station or standalone fax, a new transport fax protocol called T30 then T38 is available. Similar to the existing T38 then T30 fax protocol, which was already available, if the carrier or gateway does not support T30, then the configuration automatically falls back to T38.
