Configure the ASR Engine

For each supported ASR engine, Customer Interaction Center provides an Engine Integration Module (EIM). Use the ASR Engine Configuration dialog to enable the EIM and configure the ASR engine.

To configure the ASR engine

  1. On the CIC server, open Interaction Administrator.

  2. In the left pane of the Interaction Administrator window, expand the System Configuration container.

  3. Expand the Recognition container.

  4. Click the ASR server container, such as Loquendo.

  5. In the right pane, double-click Configuration. The ASR Engine Configuration dialog box appears.

  6. Select the Enabled check box.

  7. Click the other tabs to configure more ASR engine settings.
