Step 2: Starting the Persistence File Conversion Tool

There are two PFCT applications: console and GUI. They do the same thing. Use the GUI application unless you need the console program.

As you use the GUI tool, it shows equivalent command-line parameters for the console tool. To see all command-line parameters, use the Windows command prompt to type this command from the folder that has the console tool:

InIn.ProcessAutomation.PersistenceFileConversionTool.Console.exe /?

These steps assume that you are using the GUI tool. To start the tool, run the following application from the folder that contains the tool:

InIn.ProcessAutomation.PersistenceFileConversionTool.Gui.exe
