Interactive Update Partner Portal

Genesys partners can use the Interactive Update Partner Portal to configure their customers' Interactive Update Client service which connects to the Interactive Update provider website to get updates. Partners can specify which updates are available for specific machines at individual customer sites, determine which machines at a customer site should not be able to receive updates until the partner has manually marked updates as available for that machine, and select to be contacted when updates become available.
