Proactive Recording
Proactive Recording can be used to start the recording process as soon as audio begins on a call and continue that recording until the call disconnects. Proactive Recording is configured in Interaction Administrator, and can include Hold Music and Early Audio (IVR and ACD Wait). Because Proactive Recording records every call on the line, it uses more resources on the Media Server, and it might not be appropriate for all deployments.
