Understand the dial plan process
When a user dials a number, Customer Interaction Center first matches the number with one of the defined input patterns in the dial plan. Once a match is made, Customer Interaction Center converts the dialed number to a standardized format and processes the call based on the details identified for that pattern (dial string, display string, classification, dial group).
If you double-click the 317$$$XXXXZ entry in the dial plan, for example, or select the entry and click Edit, you can see the details for that input pattern.
