SIP Bridge Technical Reference
Managed IP telephones
Managed IP phones are IP telephones that can receive configurations from Customer Interaction Center.You configure all necessary options through Interaction Administrator.
Interaction SIP Bridge requires a Polycom IP telephone that Customer Interaction Center supports.The IP telephones that Interaction SIP Bridge supports as managed IP telephones in Customer Interaction Center are in the Recommended section at http://testlab.genesys.com.
