Supported Mail Systems

An email client is not required for users: voicemail and fax can be checked in the CIC client. However, if you want to provide users with the ability to check messages outside of CIC, or to receive any other messages from CIC which are not either voicemail or fax, install the appropriate email client for the site's mail system.
