Give the CIC administrator account local machine administrator privileges on the CIC server

Log into the CIC server as a user with local (machine) administrator privileges.

From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools.

Open the Computer Management MMC snap-in. (compmgmt.msc from the command line)

In the Computer Management console, expand Local Users and Groups and select the Groups folder.

Right-click the Administrators group and choose Add to Group.

In the Administrators Properties screen, click the Add button and select the CIC administrator account from the list of groups and users on the CIC server's domain.

Click OK. The CIC administrator domain user is now a member of the CIC server's Administrators group.
