Interaction Center Extension Library (IceLib) SDK

The Interaction Center Extension Library (IceLib) SDK is a programming API that allows .NET developers to create custom applications that leverage the Customer Interaction Center to solve business problems. IceLib is for developers who use modern .Net languages, such as C# or VB.Net.

The IceLib SDK (32-bit) and (64-bit) installs are available on the CIC 2015 R1 or later iso .file. Run Install.exe from the \Installs directory, select the Off-Server Components tab, and check the appropriate checkbox. The installs can be run a non-IC Server machine.
