Test system for basic functionality

There are a variety of settings that can be configured in Interaction Administrator to create the feature set desired for each individual installation. However, the system must first be tested to ensure functionality. Before you test the functionality, ensure the following tasks have been performed:

  • Set up the CIC Administrator user's extension and password

  • Configure Media Server (see "Media Servers".)

  • Create and provision IP managed phones

  • Create lines and line groups
