Interactive Update Partner Portal

Genesys partners can use the Interactive Update Partner Portal to configure their customers' Interactive Update Client service which connects to the Interactive Update provider (https://updates.inin.com) to get updates. Partners can specify which updates are available for specific machines at individual customer sites, determine which machines at a customer site should not be able to receive updates until the partner has manually marked updates as available for that machine, and select to be contacted when updates become available.
