Create a new script

You will click the link to New Script and build your own script from scratch. In Features of Interaction ScriptAssist for Oracle Service Cloud, each object and toolbar item is described. Using these and the knowledge you can aquire from the templates, you are allowed to create a script from scratch.

You can also use the File menu and point to New and then click Screen Pop Script.
