Genesys End of Life Products

Genesys has set an end of life (EOL) policy unique to its innovative software but sensitive to the challenges caused by the end of life of software. Click here to review the worldwide End of Life policy that applies to Genesys PureConnect on-premises and cloud products. See below for the Terms and Definitions used on this page. See the PureConnect Maintenance and Support Cycle page for explanation of software updates and support.

Effective Immediately (April 2017):  For the products that have been declared EOL prior to 2017, Genesys will honor the dates established for End of Maintenance (EOM) and apply the End of Support (EOS) policy to the date of January 1, 2017 for products scheduled for EOS beyond July 1, 2018. See the tables below which indicate these changes. While Genesys makes every effort for third-party vendors to comply with Genesys EOL policy, it cannot guarantee the vendors' adherence to the policy.
