System Manager and Remoco Help

The program used to manage IC subsystems depends upon whether IC subsystems are running as services or processes:

IC System Manager acts as a graphical user interface to Remoco Server when Interaction Center is running as a service. Use IC System Manager to query, stop, restart, and trace IC Server services.

IC Console (Remoco) manages IC subsystems when IC is started as an application, rather than as a service. Use Remoco to select a process to monitor, stop, and restart.
