Delete a Queue Object

Use the Queues list view in Interaction Administrator to delete a queue object.

To delete a queue object:

1. In the tree view, click the Queues container. The queues display in the Queues list view.

2. In the list view, do one of the following:

3. • Click the user and then press the Delete key.

   • Right-click the user and then click Delete.

   • Click the user and then, from the Edit menu, click Delete.

3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
