Interaction Scripter Client User's Guide
Optional Command Line Parameters
You can start Interaction Scripter Client using a command file or shortcut that runs InteractionScripter.NET.exe with optional command line parameters. These parameters allow you to access special features or automate your connection operation.
These parameters may be delimited using a forward slash (/) or a dash (-).
The syntax is:
InteractionScripter.NET.exe [parameters]
The following optional command line parameters are available:

Identifies the type of agent you want to log on as. |

Automatically loads the specified HTML page(s) at startup. |
|
|
Bypasses the logon dialog box and automatically log on if a switchover occurs. |

Debugs custom scripts while in development. |
|
|
Forces Scripter to switch to the new active campaign when a campaign transition occurs-regardless of the ReadyState status. |

|
Displays a complete list of all the available command line parameters. |

|
Sets status before log on. |
|
|
Places an initial call to the agent in order to establish a connection up front. |
|
|
Specifies a custom suffix to the application log files. |
|
|
Configures Scripter to prompt the agent to log out before the application can be closed. |

Prevents Scripter to from prompting you for confirmation before exiting the application. |

Allows an agent to log on to Scripter, set their status to available, but not have Dialer place calls for them until the IS_Action_StartReceivingCalls is called. |

Specifies the name of the Dialer Server to which you want to connect. |

Specifies a CIC user's password on the command line. |

Specifies that a remote connection should be persistent. |
|
|
Logs on from a remote workstation or remote number. |

Specifies a particular size for the Scripter window. |

Disables the Dialer-related functions in scripts. |
|
|
Specifies a CIC user name on the command line. |
|
|
Specifies the name of the workstation defined in Interaction Administrator to which the user is logging on. |
