Set Up Voice Mail Distribution in Attendant
Use this procedure to configure a workgroup distribution list for voicemail distribution in Attendant:
- 
 In Interaction Administrator, set up a work group with no Queue. 
- 
 Set up the work group to use a Mail box. 
- 
 Open Attendant and create a new profile that includes a Transfer to Voice mail operation. 
- 
 Set it as the Default action for the profile and remove any greetings. 
- 
 Select the newly created work group from the Transfer To section. 
- 
 Now go back to IA and change the work group back to 'No Mailbox' and remove anything in the Display name. 
- 
 Add a new Server parameter: Workgroup Distribution List Behavior and set the value to True. 
- 
 Add users to the workgroup and deactivate them from it.
