Director Reports

Interaction Director logs detail data in Director log tables created in the CIC database, and uses the data to create Interaction Director reports.

Interaction Director reports detail the Director interaction statistics for Enterprises using Interaction Director. The Director reports are displayed in the Interaction Reporter navigation pane when the Director product is installed.

The available reports are:

• Interaction Director Local / Remote Statistics
• Interaction Director Enterprise Group Interaction Statistics
