Interaction Administrator Web Edition

Interaction Administrator Web Edition runs entirely on an IIS web server and is accessed by a web browser. It provides basic functionality to create and maintain users and the associated actions, such as ACD options and mailbox settings.

Users use the Interaction Administrator Web Edition when they work on a computer that has a browser, but doesn’t have Interaction Administrator installed. It is appropriate for business users with limited needs and mobile workers with access only to a browser.

Like the desktop editions of Interaction Administrator, Interaction Administrator Web Edition communicates with the IC server. However, Interaction Administrator Web Edition is installed on the web server and users access it from a browser by a web address on an existing website.
