Trust off-host certificates following off-server installations

After installing off-server components such as Interaction Media Server, ASR servers, Interaction Process Automation server, etc., remember to trust the off-host certificates in Interaction Administrator:

1. In Interaction Administrator, click the System Configuration container.

2. Double-click Configuration in the list view.

3. Click Certificate Management.

4. Next to Subsystem Certificates Configuration click Modify.

5. Select the certificates for the system you installed the off-server component on and click Trust.
