Modifying shortcuts

To modify the shortcut used to start Attendant, follow these steps:

1. Press the Start button.

2. Select All Programs, PureConnect, and then right-click Interaction Attendant to open its context menu.

3. Select Properties from the context menu.
   
   

4. Modify the Target statement to add Notifier, user, and password arguments.

5. Press OK.  The next time you start Attendant using this shortcut, it will connect to the specified server automatically.

Note—if you start Interaction Attendant without any command line parameters, you must connect to an CIC server by pulling down the File menu and selecting the Connect command.
