Migration of CIC 3.0 and Earlier

Beginning with the 2020 R2 release of Interaction Migrator, Genesys no longer supports the automated migration of 3.0 and earlier versions using Interaction Migrator. The Last Order Date for CIC 3.0 was December 31, 2013. Customers who want to upgrade a 3.0 system can use 2020 R2 as the target release for the migration process.
