Requirements

This section describes the software requirements for Interaction Administrator Web Edition.

Web server

• For Windows Server 2012 R2: Microsoft IIS 8.5 and .NET Framework 3.5

• For Windows Server 2016: Microsoft IIS 10 and .NET Framework 4.6.2

• For Windows Server 2019: Not supported because of Silverlight limitation

• Web Services only: Apache 2.2.17

Web browsers

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or 9

• Firefox 3.6, 4.0 or 5.0

• Safari 4.0 or 5.0 (Mac OS X)

• Google Chrome 12.0

Web browser plug-in

• Silverlight 5 (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=149156)
  Microsoft does not support Silverlight on Windows Server 2019 and later.

Server components

Interaction Administrator Web Edition requires the following components:
