AT&T Certification with CIC

CIC is now certified by AT&T for its interoperability with AT&T IP Toll-Free and the related Transfer Connect service. This certification applies to and was tested with CIC 2016 R1 patch 9, the minimum required version. CIC customers can now use AT&T IP Toll-Free and Transfer Connect to provide and manage inbound calls to CIC.
