The objective for the Genesys
Product Advisory Council is strategic planning working with our customers
to help set future product direction. Our goal is to better understand how
our products are being used currently and the future directions of our
customers. Working closely with the PAC will help us better meet our
customer needs both today and in the future.

Gain a better understanding of the trends, drivers,
and priorities shaping your customers’ businesses, and to explore how Genesys
can become a more value partner in light of these influences.

customer needs; improve your value proposition

Validate your Genesys’ value proposition and strategic
direction, ensuring your business is in sync with your customers’ needs
and expectations.

Collaborate on Product

Review, assess, or brainstorm product direction and
opportunities for improving solutions, interaction, and customer
satisfaction.

Collaborate on Business
issues
|
Collaborate on shared business issues, thereby
strengthening the relationship between Genesys and customer decision
makers, and fostering peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
