Configure Caller ID for a Campaign
To configure Outbound Caller Name and ID for a campaign:

At the Home screen in Dialer Manager, click Campaigns.

Select a campaign in the Campaign Entries panel.

Select the Basic Configuration tab.

If necessary, expand the Dial Settings expander.

Scroll down to Calling Party Name. Type the name you want contacts to see.

In the Calling Party Number box, type the telephone number you want contacts to see.

Click Save.
