Creating a station

To handle call routing between the Customer Interaction Center server and the Unified Messaging server, create a Unified Messaging station in Interaction Administrator.

To create a station:

  1. Click the Stations container and press the Insert key.

    The Entry Name dialog box is displayed.

  2. Type the station name and click OK.

    The Station Type dialog is displayed.

  1. In the Station Type list, click Unified Messaging.

  2. In the Unified Messaging Provider box, click Exchange.

  3. Click Next.

    The Configuration dialog box is displayed.
